I thought the pool was heated but it wasn’t at 9pm. The entire pool room was freezing, but the hot tub was nice. Since it was late, no clean towels were available so I had to walk all the way back to front desk to make the request and walk back to the pool.

The staff was great, and our room and shared spaces were all clean. The area around the hotel wasn't "beautiful", but it wasn't scary either. It was just meh. However, we weren't there for the area around the hotel. Parking was stretched out and I had to drive my mother in law to the entrance because of how far out I had to park, but that's really the only potential issue, and it was easily resolved. All in all, nice place & I'd stay again.

Parking was free, however limited had to park in the back of building that area had a few homeless people that appeared to possibly live back there. Didn’t feel safe. I only received towels when I asked. Once in the room they did not clean the bathroom when they delivered the towels, only made up one of the beds and the floor didn’t appear to be vacuumed when we arrived.

Staff was very friendly. They held our luggage as we arrived very early in the morning, and we didn't want to haul it around sight-seeing. Reasonably priced. Across from shopping and eating. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Has a good breakfast. Rooms were good sized . Good accessible parking. However , construction occurring on rear of building, just messy in that area. Will stay here again when needed. My wife is having multiple surgeries at. Madison East hospital and is just minutes away.

This hotel used to be a really nice place to stay. But with the change in ownership, and the constant rotation of inept general managers; there's very little left that's positive to note. The assistant general manager spends her entire day keeping disgruntled residents happy; and she does a fantastic job. She's honestly the main reason anyone comes back to this hotel. Other than the one shinning light she provides; this place has really gone to trash. We've stayed here over and over again, and the last time will be our very last time.There's just nothing redeeming anymore about this place. It's overpriced for the amenities it claims to offer; the majority of the current staff are relatives, or friends of the new owner. And the lack of caring, as well as the down right snobby demeanor, make it a very unpleasant experience. It's nothing like it used to be. And we will never spend our money at this hotel again. They need to seriously change how they treat people. Stay away if you can.

This hotel advertises that they "Treat you like Family" but that couldn't be further from the truth. Most of the front desk staff is rude, dismissive, and downright apathetic to the customer's experience The toilet seat in our room was broken, the TV stopped working after a few days, the room in the phone provided by the hotel didn't ring. When we asked for things to be fixed, we got brushed aside. I had to spend an entire day trying to find someone who could locate a roll of toilet paper. Half the rooms are jammed full of construction material. They don't fix, or maintain anything in the rooms; and you're made to feel like you're inconveniencing them when you ask for service. They refuse to let you take the complementary breakfast out of the public room it's provided in; having house keepers, front desk staff, and anyone who sees berate you for wanting to eat your free food in your room. There are quiet hours posted from 10pm-6am; but they're completely ignored. There were kids running up and down the hallways, people yelling and slamming doors; cops constantly circling the parking lot. The back parking lot isn't even viable; consumed with containers of construction materials, with dangerous nails and broken boards scattered everywhere. If you leave your car unlocked, it will be stolen from. There's homeless people everywhere that ask you for anything. It's insanely expensive, and desperately needs new management and ownership.
