“The property was not cleaned, holes in doors , beer bottles in the patio, urine stained pillows and mattress covers, the door lock had no screws. The property is listed as a 4 bedroom 3 bath. All the bedrooms are upstairs and there is 2 full baths upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. There was a room downstairs but technically not a bedroom because it has no closet. The manager was in another state and the owner out of the country. They sent someone to clean the day after we arrived. By that time……

“4 adults stayed at this house for my nieces graduation. It was fine for our needs. When we arrived the grass had not been cut but it was cut the next day so it wasn’t an issue. Internet is satellite internet and the TV is Internet TV so not super fast but didn’t affect our enjoyment of the property. All the rooms are large. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked with everything we needed and it was very clean. Would definitely stay here again ”

“The place looks just like the photos. We had a couple issues and reached out to the property manager and he responded quickly and very willingly ready to fix them. The area is great nice and quiet we traveled with our 15 year old son and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. Not to far from restaurants and things to do. Parking was great so close to the house easy for unpacking and packing the car. Definitely would stay here again. ”

“The Lake House was a great place for several family members to spend a week together. Plenty of bedrooms with each having its own bathroom. The host was quick to respond to any requests. The location was great. Highly recommended for a large family gathering.”

“Location was great . The carpet definitely needed cleaning. Sadly there was insufficient paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels and no extra trash bags other than the one in the kitchen can.”
