“Our stay was around when Helene Hurricane came through, Sept 27, 2024. The power was out so the cleaning person wasn't able to finish their task prior to our check in. However, there were clean linens and towels in the basement next to the washing machine. We also had trash bags, clean dishes and running water but no power. The cabin was nicely located in Seneca which wasn't far from the university. The cabin was also easy to find. ”

“The cabin was nice and clean, the property was quiet and located next to a little stream which was nice to listen to while sitting on the front porch. Good proximity to Walhalla and to various hikes with numerous waterfalls.”

I brought my niece and 2 young daughters. They were in awe. We had fun swimming in the lake, jumping from the dock and eating breakfast while watching the sunrise. So beautiful. If you have any doubts about booking, JUST DO IT!!! So worth it. ”

“The farmhouse has welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces for a small family reunion. So nice to have a huge deck, a furnished kitchen, a washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms. The king size master bed was super comfortable. We used all the ac units and fans. We did not run out of hot water. Having a full size fridge beats the hotel suites. Thanks so much!”
