“My boyfriend and I travelled up from north Florida to this amazing cottage for a little weekend getaway. The home was spectacular! Had the coziness of an old historic home with all the modern conveniences. Rachel proactively communicated every detail on check in/ out , which was so helpful. Responded to other questions/ messages promptly. Would definitely go back !”

“I picked the home because of the large screened porch. And it did not disappoint; peaceful and comfy. I spent hours out there with a book. We were surprised to learn the house is mostly underground which makes it quite unique. We were also surprised to find the on-property gun range and out door gym. Be sure to check out all the springs located nearby. And finally, the owners and property managers were very responsive and helpful. ”

“We had a group of men staying in Valdosta to help with Samaritan's Purse disaster relief and needed a place to stay at night. The place was nice and clean. There isn't a hot tub so that may need to be taken off the listing. It's an older house that's been added on to over the years. the kitchen gear is minimal but it everything worked. It's in a quiet and nice neighborhood and the grounds seem to be kept up. Overall, it worked for us and Orlando was a good host.”

Cleanliness, beauty, fun, peace, great location and perfect function are all wrapped up together here with by far the most kind and gracious owner I have ever come into contact with. And if all that is not enough you can bring your dogs! This is the most dog friendly home I have ever seen.There is truly something for everyone here. Anything you could need is available in the home. It is so beautiful inside and out. The pool area is wonderfully laid out to be……

“The unit was clean and adequately stocked. There was no cable or internet but that was due to a recent hurricane so completely out of the owner’s control. The bed was comfortable and overall it was a great value. I would definitely consider staying again. ”

“The host is very good with responding to emails. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was a good size, didin't feel cramped. I like that there were a few extras-shampoo, shower gel, shaving cream. The kitchen had coffee & filters availabe & a few basic seasonings. It is right near a hospital so this could be very helpful if visiting from out of town. ”
