“Took the wife out for a reset, as it was much needed. Requested a favor from the owner, in which they were able to provide. Owner is very easy to talk to and responds quickly. Wife has decided this will be her cabin go to for now on. The views from the deck are stunning, the view from the bed up top is just as good through the wall of windows. The cabin is setup for everything you need and asceticly pleasing. Highly recommend driving down the skyway and eating at Tellicafe. Another great choice……

“We recently spent a long weekend at Buckhorn Lodge. Our primary reason for choosing it was the mountain location and 57 acres. Even going in with high expectations, they were exceeded!The lodge itself is a great blend of rustic and comfortable, up on a ridge with a great view. The real star however was the property. We never left the property and spent our days hiking and exploring. According to my GPS watch, there's nearly 4 miles of gravel roads and hiking trails, including a favorite trail……

“Perfect place to relax and unwind, deer, fishing, beach, National Park, hiking trails and shopping all close. The only mark we didn’t check off was seeing a bear. Maybe next time! Cabin had everything we needed and more, would definitely recommend and book here again!”
