“Comfortable room, 10mins walk to the metro station. Only lobby has WiFi service, it will be better if we can use it in rooms. Front desk staff is very helpful.”

For example, I asked for the location of daily market and fea market, however, they did not know it. Moreover, I had sent many emails for the parking information before my trip. However, no email have been replied. Finally, it is found that there is the discount for parking, we have parked in other parking area with higher cost.”

“it was really bad as there was no instruction for the late check in guests. for instance, they did not provide the password for the locker for the room key. they only provided a number to call but not every traveller has the sim card to call！they could do a lot better if they were considerate to stand at the viewpoint of the guests. and it is very difficult to reach on foot. and they do not provide hairdryer”
