Stayed 3 nights for my birthday weekend. The lobby and location were great, and the first front desk agent was kind and offered me an upgrade. However, when I returned, the shift changed and my upgraded room was given away. I was put in a handicap room, then had to switch again.
The room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom had black mold and the bed slid around due to wheels. Worst of all, I got stuck in the elevator alone for 15–20 minutes—terrifying. No apology or concern from the staff afterward, which was incredibly disappointing.
Daily cleaning was good, and the hotel is walkable to great spots, but I wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night or two—and only if you're on a tight budget.
