Now the cons:
- The staff had no idea that I was arriving. After 20 minutes of inaction and repeated study of my booking receipt (on my iPhone), they said they would take 15 minutes to make up my room (confirmed by Max on the phone as the more expensive Deluxe Villa). 30 minutes later, they tried to put me in a Superior Villa. Reluctantly, after my insistence that I had booked the Deluxe Villa, they said they needed 15……
