“The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. Communication with staff was extremely difficult. Still……
"Have a very pleasant experience in this hotel, especially for people who like traditional wooden architecture, yet the facility inside are modern enough, shower water are strong and hot, bed are comfortable, overall very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful which made my trip so much more easy. Especially enjoyed the breakfast with fresh fruit under they sky in the garden!
Recommend for traveler who want something more authentic and want to be quiet and relax. "
"This is a great hotel. It is older, but it is clean and well-kept. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are quiet, at least mine was. Front desk is helpful for booking tours and any needs you may have during your stay. The breakfast buffet is great."
