“We had a wonderful stay in this well-maintained, modern, and very comfortable family-friendly small apartment complex. The surrounding gardens were beautifully kept, adding to the peaceful, country-like atmosphere. Despite the tranquil setting, the location was excellent, just a short walk to restaurants, beaches, and a supermarket. We particularly enjoyed the local birdlife and the charming view of sheep grazing, which added to the rural charm. Rui, the property manager, gave us a warm welcome……

“We enjoyed the property, but be prepared for lots of stairs. The property is well maintained but it is a tall and narrow building. Great views of the ocean. I think we had at least three days of green flashes! One very big drawback is that for some reason there are notices in every bathroom to NOT flush toilet paper. For someone not used to that, well... The Host should state that in the description, and honestly I don't know why this is an issue there I don't believe it is on a septic……

“We were searching for Avella near Lisbon with a view and a pool that could accommodate six adults comfortably. This property was beyond our expectations. It is smartly, decorated and very spacious. We each had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen was perfect for us to work in as we all love to cook, and the large dining area was perfect for us to have our meals and enjoy painting holiday in Portugal.
