“It was awful. Nobody was there to check us in, the room wasn’t ready and they had the wrong reservation details (they said we didn’t book for an AC room with a washing machine when we did). 3 days after check in they called and said we had overstayed the reservation, when we still had another full day to go! On top of this, the TV didn’t work, there were no dishes or utensils, the bathrooms and bedrooms weren’t clean, and there were no towels or toilet paper. The staff didn’t speak English or……
