Running machine was out of order so disappointed

"The main reason why i ve booked this hotel because they have a running machine ,in the first day while i was checked it ,ive found out this machine cannot turn on so i ask the staff he said he saw it was working may be few days ago ,then he daid he will ask the engineers from that company to come ..."
