“The condo was only a few steps from a beautiful beach with a great ocean view from the balcony . It had all the amenities to make my 7 week a perfect vacation , a quiet area in the east end of Cabarete about a 30 minute walk to the main town , but several little grocery stores and small restaurants just a short walk away. There is a little bus that goes into town for only 50 pesos and comes by frequently or you could rent a car but beware of the crazy drivers here.(no road rules here ). Nice……

“I have to say we had the most amazing stay at Villa Cocomar for 9 nights. We had a group of 22 from littles, teens and Adults. Owner Dean was amazing to work with and visited with us at the Villa multiple days. “Our holiday in paradise started with the hostess greeting us with a cake she had baked. It was very touching. Lovely condo, very clean and towels and linen provided. Our host also drove us to the grocery store twice, which was so helpful. At one point, we needed a toaster that worked. It took approximately five minutes to give us another one! They also cooked dinner for us one night...such nice, friendly, helpful people!We definitely loved our holiday...and rebooked for next year. Please……

“Everything was more than ok, great price, clean, pool area amazing, easy access to the beach, the only thing they need to revise is the noise level on the exterior rooms, facing the street… It is very inconvenient at night, they really should do something about it… An acoustic solution in needed asap.
