“Wir waren über Auffahrt 2023 mit Freunden in der Rocalillielodge. Es waren wunderschöne Tage. Die Kinder hatten viel Spass im Pool und die Erwachsenen haben den Whirlpool, die bequemen Betten und den grosszügigen Aufenthaltsraum sehr genossen. Demmy war extrem hilfsbereit und bei einem Problem sofort zur Stelle. Einfach toll!”

“We stayed here with a family of five for two nights and had a lovely time. It was half way through our trip of France so the laundry facilities came in handy. We had a meal on the deck with views of mountains. Very large apartment. Walking to centre town under 5 minutes. Very well kept and clean property inside and out. Great stay!”

“Lovely, quality apartment. Comfortable sofa bed. The tiled floor was cold, so take slippers! Nice to have a bath and shower with ample hot water. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, just needed something to over a fried egg! Stunning views from the balcony. The pool was great with a fantastic view of the mountains. “We had a fantastic stay for our family ski holiday. We've stayed in other places in Avoriaz in the past and the location of L'Amara is just spot on for children. Our appointment was directly above the ski locker which was straight out onto the run. We used the pool area a couple of times and although it was quite busy, it never felt crowded. The parking was convenient and easy to access the appartment from it. The appartment itself was actually surprisingly roomy for an avoriaz appartment.……

“The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail. “Good residence for the family. We booked the top of the range suite, had 2 bathrooms. All the conveniences were there except a washing machine but fine for a stay less than a week. The property was very clean when we checked in and we returned it in a fairly clean state. The spa is good and the putside hot tub with views of the mountains is spectacular. ”

“We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund.”
