“Brilliant. My family (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs) stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. We have stayed in the area often in the last 10 years but this was our first tike.at Paola's property. It was perfect. 2 houses (only 1 rental) secluded with exclusive access to the pool and land which was enough to keep everyone happy (even the dogs) the ac was a godsend for the dogs and the house had everything we could have wanted. The views were stunning. The house was exactly what we needed. Nearby……

“Insgesamt war es eine tolle Woche. Aus dem Haus und der Anlage könnte man aber durchaus noch mehr rausholen. Ein bisschen sauberer, ein Tennisplatz (keine Ahnung warum alle drei Plätze brach liegen), Fliegengitter, einen E-ladepunkt, eine generalüberholte Küche und es wäre nicht „nur“ eine tolle sondern eine traumhafte Location. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage vor den Toren Roms, der riesigen Anlage, des unglaublichen Pools, der alten Olivenbäume für perfekten Schatten, des Pizzaofens, des charmanten……

It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. “Amazing stay at this small, family-run hotel! They were very kind, allowed me to check in a bit early and even came to the room to make sure I was settled. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the "breakfast". They put some prepackaged pastries in your room and this just wasn't sufficient for me as a breakfast. Other than that, this place is 11/10. ”
