“I cannot say enough about the staff! They were extremely helpful, helped with dinner recommendations and reservations, and went above and beyond. The hotel is unique and located in the heart of the old city. Walking distance to the city square and surrounded by excellent bistros - too numerous to count. A very short walk to the amazing park which was not only elegant, but blooming!”

“Well located just off the motorway with regular bus services (#1 or 17) to Poitiers centre. Variety of eateries in the area too. Hotel appears tired from the outside and could do with some tlc! Inside areas are clean, including the basic but perfectly good bedrooms. Staff are helpful and friendly with any questions. ”
