“Excellent Hotel wot great staff. food was awesome. The only negative was we are lunch outside at 2pm, and we passed our table twice, at 5pm and 6pm, and we noticed that it had not been cleaned. Even the bow that my pet had used was not washed till evening.”

“As already raised via case number 100327325 as you ppl were not able to address my concerns with respect to the quality of the accomodation provided inspite of repared follow ups there was no response from the team hence please refund the entire amount of booking. I paid around 8500 INR for a property which is not even worth 500 INR . I do not expect expedia to have tie ups with such property. ”

The property was dirty, with the third room being nothing more than a storage space filled with spare mattresses, bed not being double and no attached bathroom. The hall was a mess, cluttered with old boxes, and the outdoor chairs were wet and surrounded by garbage. To make matters worse, there was a dangerous leak above the stairs. We raised these issues with hotels.com immediately upon checking in, but they were unable to……

“Place is not as per the description. Rooms described a delux room but it was an ordinary room and blanket they have given was not clean. Staff services was so poor. TV, WiFi was not working even after complaint they didn’t solve the issue. Overall extremely worst experience. I want compensation for this now”
