“Amazing customer service”

“Property is located in a convenient locality. But property has created a Brewing hub but its not properly equipped with the Electric kettle.. its not cleaned and difficult to use. A suggestion would be to place an induction stove and vessel to heat water and milk. There could be small sealed milk packets to be used with hot coffee and tea. These won't cost much but can be done to make this better.”

“The hotel was lovely and the comfort / Shower was perfect. The only thing that annoyed me was the interegation progress as soon as you arrived to check in. I arrived after a long journey and was asked multiple personal questions that were not necessary for my stay. I have stayed at multiple hotels in India and it was always a simple process which is why it annoyed me more and on top of that I was tired. I must say that "Prem" handled it very well and was very professional, polite and explained……

“**Hotel Review:** We stayed at Hyatt Place Vadodara on January 16-17, 2025, with our two teenage children. The check-in process was a bit longer and more complicated due to the specific security protocols in Gujarat, but this was understandable. The room itself was spacious, with a thoughtful layout and stylish decor. The bathroom and shower were clean, well-designed, and had great hot water pressure.
