“非常差的体验 完全不像五星级酒店 首先刚到酒店的时候check in 让我们站在那里整整等了半个小时 效率非常低下 在Expedia上订好之后还要我专门将订单信息转发email给他们 然后刚到房间发现卫生间是脏的...整个房间的桌面上都是灰 我们订的是面山的套房 外面的躺椅上都是鸟屎 没有清理 房间里面根本没有room service的餐单 spa也非常难订 第二天早上去吃早餐 10点半结束 我们迟到了大概几分钟 工作人员直接说关闭了 想吃可以回房间付钱叫room service 但其实里面还有很多人在吃饭 酒店交通特别不方便 没有任何大巴 只能坐的士 或者是当地的公共汽车 但没地方放行李 还要出酒店自己走约6分钟...而的士很贵 单程要50欧 托前台订去普拉兰岛的机票 没有跟我确认任何身份信息 结果将我老婆名字打错 第二天等我们准备去机场看确认信息 才发现写错...那时离登机还差3小时 出门去前台 没有服务生帮忙拿行李 两个特大箱子 过路的服务生都没有帮忙的意思 赶到前台 告诉服务员弄错了 她结果不慌不忙的查邮件 搞了好久找不到 才催她快点 她才打电话 结果两分钟就弄好了……

“Alles perfect behalve bed en kussen, deze waren vreselijk. Wanneer mijn partner omdraaide, ging heel bed op en neer. Hotel biedt geen keuze in hardheid van de matrassen en kussens, wat enorm is tegengevallen. Prijzen in bars en restaurants enorm hoog, zelfs duurder dan in Dubai. ”

“The rooms are really nice and were cleaned really well but we had a very bad mosquito problem in our room where they were coming in under a gap in the door and I had to spend a lot of my time in the room trying to kill them and asking housekeeping to clear up the dead ones afterwards... Despite their 'bite-free bliss' they advertise, the reception staff told us they only spray once a week and that there's no point spraying more frequently because 'it's rainy season'. Service and food were good……

“餐厅很一般，无论是早餐还是正餐，菜色极少。餐饮的质量很不稳定，中午和晚上同一样菜品，完全不是一样东西。虫子极多，多到不敢开阳台门，晚上要拿毛巾堵住门缝，成为一个严重的困扰。”

“酒店位于博瓦隆沙滩，博瓦隆沙滩人比较多，比较脏。定的双床海景间但是入住时安排到了大床房，房间较小，后升级到主楼双床间，房间稍大，景观好一些，床窄，1米左右。房间内清洁程度不错，但是入住的五天没有给换床单。早餐比较丰富。酒店大堂前台服务差，咨询点事情得不到有效帮助，完全不贴心。服务有待加强！”

“Gute Appartmentanlage. Das Appartment wurde jedenTag gereinigt, die Handtücher alle zwei Tage gewechselt. Ansprechpartner immer erreichbar. Das Appartment war circa 150 m von der Hauptstraße entfernt und dadurch sehr ruhig. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Kann ich nur empfehlen.”
