“I booked this hotel via Expedia/Hotels.com as a budget option but with central Mahon location. The hotel owners gave obviously thought about how the hotel should look and that runs through the entire hotel. It's a simple but modern style but it works! The family who run the hotel are friendly & happy to help you if you're pleasant to them. “When we first arrived it was late and on getting into the room we were a little disappointed; it’s very basic with no tea/coffee facilities and the mattress on the bed is extremely thin and hard. It was clean, but just felt a bit bare and tired - my partner likened it to staying at your nans house! However, we started relaxing into the place after the first day.
