Villa Cayetana by Escape Home

Charming two-storey house located on a quiet street in the privileged Cala Llonga development.The ground floor consists of a large living room with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, wifi, table and chairs, and a nice decor in light tones. The living room has access to a terrace with sea views and outdoor furniture for 6 people.It has a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, hand blender, capsule coffee machine and Italian coffee maker, and everything you need.Separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.It has three double bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor with two beds each and a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has access to a large terrace with views.In addition, the villa has a safe without a combination, a cot and a highchair, and a portable barbecue.The villa will have free wifi for guests.THE VILLA HAS FANS IN THE BEDROOMS.House Rules:Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. Beautiful terrace and living room. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were a bit out of date but very much acceptable. Location was a bit far from services. And taking garbage to 8 km from the house required always a car. We enjoyed our stay but would not choose this place considering the high price.
