“Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Dusche ist dreckig, vorallem der Duschkoof richtig eklig Das Bett ist super, wir haben aber sehr wenig geschlafen weil die Fenster zu dünn sind. Es war in der Nacht direkt unter unserem Fenster sehr lange sehr laut. Waren nächsten Tag richtig müde. Leider !!! ”

“Réservation pour un lit double, j'ai eu deux lits simples l'un contre l'autre.... L'hôtel ne précise pas lors de la réservation qu'il y a des dépendances à l'extérieur du site, il faut donc traverser la rue pour accéder au sauna et prendre le petit déjeuner si votre chambre est dans une dépendance... Problème de précision à la réservation (chambre dans l'hôtel ou dans une dépendance ?) et de respect des critères de la réservation (lit double) , je suis très mitigé sur ce établissement. La……

“Ganske fint ophold. På trods af sommerferie var vi de eneste gæster. Derfor var det “kun” en lille morgenmads buffet. Vi skulle blot overnatte i forbindelse med besøg på Autostadt. Der var ikke så meget velkomst information fra receptionen. Vi er ikke så krævende så klarede os selv. ”

“check in this hotel twice in a week, first time, offered me a good room, which is bigger and comfortable even though small, but the clothes hanger was fading color to my white shirts and polo shirts....I was so desperate, because the two clothes was brand new.....and hotel took away my clothes and washed it and cleaned it up for me for free.”
