Rude staff, poor attitude. No understanding of how to handle issues in a professional way. Room was clean but small. No fridge or microwave in room, which would be fine if they had something set up in the lobby, but they don’t. Bar/restaurant never open. Little to no amenities, doesn’t feel like a Marriott at all. Also, broken elevator keys on elevator B. On the second floor you can only call the elevator by pressing the up key, once the elevator arrives and you’re inside you can select to go down. Marriott shouldn’t have all these issues, it’s a premium brand.
