“Our family of 10 adults had plenty of space. All bedrooms were big. We had ample bathrooms. All appliances were new. The general consensus of the group is the property was very good. However the rugs need to be removed or glued down. They did present a tripping hazard. The footsteps from the upstairs can be heard downstairs. We would stay here again. ”

“The place was well stocked with everything we needed for our Bball short stay in Memphis. Our host was very responsive and helpful to us. The house was just as described. very clean, well stocked and convenietly located from everything in Memphis. I will definitely stay again when I return to Memphis!”

“The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Nice, clean, soft sheets, and comfy beds. Welcoming hosts that are very thoughtful with their provisions. It is like you truly are guests in their home. Their description is very honest. We visit Memphis at least 3 times per year. We are pretty familiar with Memphis. We have stayed in hotels all over the city. (Some of them only once). If it's available, we wouldn't hesitate booking another stay here. ”

“We chose this location to host our Book Club Retreat weekend trip and it was perfect! The host was quick to respond with answers to questions both before and during the trip. The house was spacious and perfect for our large group of 12. We looooooved the pool in this Memphis summer heat, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for people to spread out when we wanted a little space. “We absolutely loved this house! The property is located on a quiet safe cul de sac and is close to all of the fun activities that Memphis offers. The rooms are decorated in fun themes. My daughter was crazy about the Elvis jungle bedroom and we enjoyed the BB King master. The family also liked the spacious hot tub, arcade game and foosball game. We got addicted to Foosball and spent our last night having a tournament. Your house was a lot of fun! Thank you!”

“The rental was amazing, spacious for what I was looking for, and overall very well furnished. The stay was for my niece's wedding where myself and my folks (grandparents to the bride 78 and 81) couldn't have been more happy with how nice and comfortable the rental was. Although there were many steps, my mother with 2 knee replacements and a shoulder replacement felt the stairs were wide and how nice the railing was to help here climb the steps. I'd recommend this beautiful place in the country……
