“Everything you need, and nothing that you don't! We stayed in this adorable little cottage for a month while remodeling our home. John was an amazing host; incredibly thoughtful and communicative (as needed.) I only wish that we were staying longer, into the warmer weather. The views of the river, Goodspeed Opera House and airport are ideal; peaceful morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs, and cozy evenings by the firepit make this a perfect little home away from home! “I would have given this property 5 stars but water pressure in one bathroom was very low and the amount of available hot water was inadequate for 7 guests. This property was roomy with plenty of space for guests. The kitchen was very nice as was the dining room. It is located on a busy street which makes it hard to turn out of the driveway. Our hostess was quick to response to any questions.. there were large black ants here and there inside dwelling which may have been due to heavy rains when……

“After a small glitch to begin the stay, which the owner responded to quickly, it was a pleasant stay. The living area, kitchen and dining area are very nice. So is the front porch and the fire pit is also nice although we did not use it. The half bath on the first level was a nice plus. The stairs to the second floor bedrooms are a challenge for elderly ”
