“The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. We called the front desk to report the issue, they mentioned they will try to do something to fix it. After an hour, still can't use the WiFi. Then the front desk staff mentioned, that we should be reminded that the WiFi is just a complimentary and……

“滞在中に犬の糞が路上に多く、不衛生だと感じた。ホテルに面した路上に点在する糞の清掃を頼んだけど、すぐに対応せず車や人が踏んで広がり臭いも気になった。”

“i believe i have been treated very badly by this hotel, they would not, give me a refund, even though the reason i could not make it to the hotel was out of my hands ( Force Maseure) my flight was cancelled by air asia , thats the reason i could not make it, but they will not give me a refund, i will never ever stay in one of their hotels ever again.”
