“We had a wonderful stay - very impressed with the room, it was very clean, beds were comfy, plenty of storage for clothes in the room, staff were very helpful and friendly, offering luggage storage for our evening flight so we could go out in the day. We were also pleased with how quiet it was and the location was great - walkable to main attractions and round the corner from a tram stop. ”

“Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.”

“Figaro suites was a clean and relatively quiet location. I’m coming from out of the country I couldn’t get the mobile key to download but there was a reception area where I could go and get a physical key. It worked like a charm and had a great stay!”
