“Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.”

“The place is nice but the communication is horrible. The check in time is for 3pm but they are so horrible or really lazy to send you the access code. They sent it to me at 5pm. I stayed here twice and it happened both times. They should hire an onsite person to be there because the online communications is ruining the place. ”

“This place was beautiful. This apartment was huge for our family of four. It was super clean and modern. Having a washing machine and drying rack to use was a bonus. This place is within walking distance of the Charles Bridge and the old town. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!”
