Hotel is modern. Room was a good size and well fitted out. Walk into town only took 5/10 minutes as did the walk to the train station. Had problems when checking in and out concerning payment for breakfast as there was some difficulty in their finding on their system that I had prepaid. Thought ‘holding’ 150 Euros on my credit card was unusual.

Das Hotel ist komplett neu. Der Service an der Rezeption war gut. Parkhaus ist direkt im Gebäude, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat macht es aufgrund der Parksituation rund um das Hotel Sinn ihn zu nutzen. Kostet 17,95 € Tag

I was a solo female traveler and loved this hotel. Importantly, I felt very safe. Romina was lovely with my check in, she gave me a map and highlighted some key areas to help me orientate. All staff were very friendly and the hotel was modern and clean. The shower was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable

Very nice hotel, short walk from railway station and in walking distance from old city. But shining star go to reception staff. Real hosts, always ready to help. In summery it was very good expiriance.

Vriendelijk personeel. Jammer dat de diner mogelijkheden bereikt zijn. En onhandig lift/kamer toegang. Kregen een hele lange code om de lift te bedienen en om toegang te krijgen tot onze kamer. Later konden we een pasje krijgen.

Nice standard of accommodation . Nespresso machine and coffee and tea in the bedroom . The room was very spacious as was the bathroom . Toiletries were excellent .

I was really disappointed with the hospitality at this hotel. When I arrived, I asked the staff about parking and was told to use the garage. After waiting there for a while and not being able to get in, I went back to ask again—only then did they mention that the garage wasn’t working. Instead of simple key cards, there’s a long code required to access both the rooms and the elevator, which was inconvenient. When I tried to extend my stay, the staff told me I had to book it myself rather than assisting me directly. On top of that, when I was leaving, I had issues getting out of the garage and had to go back inside twice to ask for help. Overall, the service felt unhelpful and lacking in basic hospitality.

Miguel on reception was fabulous! Very welcoming professional and helpful. He gave us recommendations on things to do in Malaga booked our train tickets and gave us a quick map tour of how to navigate Malaga. Rooms spotless beds comfy and had everything you need when travelling. We would definitely return and recommend

It’s a great distance from the centre. Great cafes everywhere. Very quiet m neighborhood. Staff is amazing, gave recommendations of places to eat and visit. The room was amazing and I loved it here! Great for solo travellers.

Nice, clean hotel. Location is in a residential neighborhood about 10 min walking to city center. About 15 min walking from a beach. Rooms were cozy and AC was very good. Staff at front desk were nice and helpful. Breakfast was not worth it. I would stay here again

Neu eröffnetes Hotel. Zimmer daher super modern und in einem Top Zustand - wie das gesamte Hotel. In 10-15 Min zu Fuß ist die Altstadt erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert als Ausgangspunkt in Málaga.
