"We stayed here because it was a 40 minute drive to Carlsbad and it had a kitchen. Once we arrived we realized that this place is generally used to those working in the nearby oil fields. The room we were in would have been perfect for one person. It was very tiny for my husband and I and our son. ..."

"The stay was fantastic!! The AC kept the entire upstairs cool and the 3 bedrooms in the basement stayed extremely cool— almost cold! But don’t worry, there are extra blankets in the hall closet!
