“Kamer was sober maar schoon. Faciliteiten erg slecht. Er was geen personeel wat engels sprak. Wij hadden iedere keer bij de receptie een bewaker zitten die helemaal niet verstond. Ander personeel niet gezien. Ontbijt was slecht en hadden geen keuze gekregen de avond ervoor dus kregen volgende ochtend zomaar wat. Omdat we dag daarop vroeg weg gingen had onze chauffeur om een ontbijtpakket gevraagd maar deze was er niet die ochtend en verder ook helemaal geen personeel te vinden behalve de……

“Class is a nice, simple hotel and spa (we didn’t use the spa). It was clean and in a quiet part of town. It was not really walkable to any convenient stores or restaurants (you probably could walk, but there are no sidewalks and as soon as you walk a half-Kilometer, the traffic is pretty heavy - so not too safe). The staff was nice. It had a wet bathroom. We did see ants looking for food - not a big problem if you are careful not to leave crumbs or open food around. We would stay there again -……

“I have booked for 6 nights. When I saw how dirty was the bathroom and that there was no light from the outside ( the room looks like a prison cell), I called hotels.com immediately to cancel my booking for the 5 remaining nights. They couldn't reach the manager and nobody answered their calls. In the morning, before checking out, the staff was able to join the manager by phone. I explained the situation and she agreed to refund me the 5 remains nights. But .... one week later, it appears that……
