“Worst Check-In experience.Front Desk service is very lousy👎.We arrived at hotel at around 8:30pm and there was no “Front desk” in charge.Only the guard & a female hotel personel who doesnt know how to trace our “online booking” was there.We have to wait for more than 20minutes for them to let us check in and have our room. During check out, that was around 6:30am, again there was NO ONE in the FRONT DESK, so again we just leave our Keys there since nobody was there again..It was also “Brown……

“I came in early to see if my room was available they were not even able to fill up my reservation until an hour so later even after my check in i still had to wait another 30 minutes after already waiting for about an hour and a half the room that was occupied by someone who allows who hasn't checked out yet. There are supposed to check out by 12 and they didn't get to check out until after 2:30. There wasn't any trash cans in my room so i had to keep asking for them to throw my trash away……

“Very conveniently located close to SM mall, major hospitals , a great arcade with restaurants and cafes. It’s a safe and central area. The hotel is very clean(they make up the rooms daily and change the linens and towels everyday), peaceful and the rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful (we needed an iron for our clothes and a boiler and they provided it quickly). The price is also honest and matching the overall quality of the hotel. “Location is great, directly across from SM Mall of Gensen, that means many food options. The room design and deco is a little old, but clean, the desk lamp didn't work in my room, it keeps flickering, but i just had it off, so there wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good, next to the pool. ”
