“We spent 4 nights here and found the food, and comfort of the room, excellent. But what set this hotel apart from others I have been to in India are the staff, from the management down who without exception go out of their way to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. “Stay was fine, we didnt spent much time in the hotel. Came back to hotel to have a sleep at night. Room was clean. Complementary Breakfast was not at all good. It was not served at the hotel. They give a coupon and we need to show it to the nearby restaurant. Best past is that they give dosa but charge you for coffee. ”
