“Die Unterkunft hat 10 von 10 möglichen Punkten verdient.Einzig das Finden des Hauses ist ziemlich abenteuerlich, dafür kann jedoch der Vermieter nichts. Es ist alles wie beschrieben, es fehlt an nichts. Von Wifi bis TV alles vom Besten, Terrasse vom Feinsten, riesig, alles sehr sauber und sehr nette Vermieter. “Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect.
