Easy flat 10-minute walk into Clonmany village, 5 minutes to local large convenience store (Centra). Easy drive to Ballyliffin Golf Club and 10 minute drive to local beaches. Local taxi facility available.”

“My 27 year old son and I came to visit Donegal, the ancestral home of his father’s family. We spent 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed Buncrana. We drove up to Malin Head through stunning scenery and visited sites in and around Buncrana. Julie was a kind and accommodating host. The property was well appointed with comfortable beds and a full kitchen on the outskirts of Buncrana. Due to the rain, we drove into town each time we went but it’s close enough to walk in better weather. The cottage……

The garden was brilliant, kids had a ball and with a swing and slide set delivered on the day we arrived, we couldn't have asked for anything more. The location is ideal and the views are incredible. “The value of the home was just incredible. The home, and it is a home, was so warm and welcoming. And truly felt like a family was bringing you inside to a well kept, well equipped, gorgeous home. The location is stunning, with splendid views and a sense of remoteness while being in touching distance of town, pub and shops. Good roads, nice walks and nearby national sights and parks made it just the perfect choice. Would have no hesitation recommending this home, or booking again if I ever……

“This was a lovely spot. The accomodation was basic but really all that is needed. We did not have any hot water for all our stay however. We called (no answer) and left a message (no reply). This was a bit disappointing. The bunk beds look practical but with one person on the bottom bunk and one on the top sleep was hard as everytime one of us moved the bed would creek and wobble. ”
