“The property was very nice, clean, spacious and the pool was lovely. The car parking area was a good addition. The beds are comfortable but would have been nice to have some extra pillows. We were a family of 7 staying here and having a supermarket down the road was very helpful. It is well stocked and also has fresh bread and croissants. The patisserie was also very nice. Villafranca is a good location for touring the island. We had a lovely time at this villa.”

“The hause is amazing, even nicer that in the pictures. The owner was very kind and gave us great ideas for visiting the surrounding areas. The town is very nice and has a great restaurant, with amazing food and the best service. We spent 2 weeks at the house with 2 kids and we had an amazing vacations. We will come back for sure”

“Das Haus, die Lage, der Pool- ein Traum!! Wirklich toll!Eines der Dinge bei der Sauberkeit war, das es viele Ameisen gab- wofür wahrscheinlich niemand etwas kann.Das Besteck und Geschirr hätte nach dem Vormieter besser auf Sauberkeit überprüft werden sollen.Und mein Bettlaken hatte einen Fleck.Aber es war alle dort was man braucht und Handtücher und Bettwäsche rochen frisch gewaschen.Das Aussengelände ist unglaublich groß- friedlich und gemütlich- die Terrasse und der Poolbereich waren unsere……

“Inneneinrichtung ist eher alt und die Schränke riechen muffig. Pool ist schön, liegt ca 2km außerhalb Binisalem. Matrazen sind alt; insgesamt eher überteuert”

“Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Finca war wirklich beeindruckend schön. Das Haus ist hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, überwiegend mit Naturmaterialien, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auffällig war auch, dass alles wirklich absolut sauber und rein war. Der Garten ist hübsch angelegt, die Palmen und der Pool haben besonders den Kindern super gefallen, praktisch war für uns die Aussenküche, sodass wir die Kinder immer im Blick haben konnten beim Baden. Die Lage in dem alten Olivenhain ist……

“Aufenthalt und der Finca war hervorragend. Wir waren ne Gruppe mit 12 Personen und alle fühlten sich wohl. Eine schöne Anlage hat uns erwartet. Grillplatz, Pool, Billiard, Kicker mit schönen Einzelzimmer, Top. Check in Check out unkompliziert und Finca gut gelegen zu Palma. Grüße Zsolt Ressler”
