“The studio is basic, but has anything you need - small kitchen, microwave, dishes (no dish sope, however). The bathroom needs some repairs, but is spacious. The place, however, despite being mordern, has literally zero charm. But it is very well located, and the price is absolutely right. “Yes parking is difficult but once you are parked you don't ever need to move your car as you have direct access to a ferry port and can travel to virtually any town that borders como di lago. “On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. Everything else was fantastic, great hospitality, clean, proper guide, and thorough communication from property owner. ”

“Great apartment in a great location. There is a mini mart, bar and Gelato place next door. This is all very convenient and added to the over all enjoyment of our stay. A small beach is just a few steps away, we swam, had lunch and enjoyed this very much.
What would make this place much better is more comfortable mattresses and more luxurious pillows. A few hundred dollars and a trip to IKEA for some new premium mattresses and pillows would go a long way to making visitors enjoy this……

The hotel ruins my impression about Wyndham Group
"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
