“We spent a week at Vale Doku to celebrate an 80th birthday. We had 11 + family members aged 5-80 years. The house is thoughtfully designed with lots of space, well equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms ,living and sleeping spaces swimming pool + pool toys, TV and DVDs books etc. It is the owners holiday house so there was everything you need for a holiday+ the resort facilities are available for a fee and its an easy walk to buy food at the store or eat in the cafe and restaurants at……

“If you want to be away from the noise and business of too many tourists, this is the place to go. It's like a private tropical oasis. The grounds have beautiful trees and gardens that are well-kept. “Amazing stay! Better than our second location which was a resort. Everything was convenient. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but was given a 3 bedroom one with ample space. The kids loved the smart TV and swimming pool. We wish we stayed longer. Washing machine and dryer out in the balcony. Take away stores and supermarket within walking distance. “Sapphire Bay Villa 1, very spacious and clean. Villa needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to Luxury price that the owners are requiring. Everything was working fine but a few fixtures and furnishings are old and need replacing. We had a lovely stay and the Manageress Mrs Va and Joe the maintenance man looked after us well. They are what made our stay excellent. We would definitely stay again but hopefully the price reflects the condition of the villa next time.”

"Travel in Nadi by taxi is easy and not expensive, so although it is not near city center or the beach, transportation is not a main concern. Although the building is a bit old, the room is clean. Just one minor thing, the water is not hot enough for bathroom at midnight while it is normal at the morning. There is a mall nearby, so it is also easy to access for supermarket and restaurants. Resorts in Nadi are expensive, so if you look for a hotel with reasonable price but also acceptable service, Mercure shall be a good choice."
