“We used this home to gather our family who were coming to town to celebrate the 90th birthday of my mother-in-law. We had plenty of room to spread out for small group conversations or for gathering the entire family. The different levels of the home made it easy to allow quiet places for those needing rest while others chose to work on puzzles at the kitchen table or sat and visited on the couch. The kitchen is well stocked with nice kitchen tools for just about need. The extra refrigerator……

“It gives more of a camping kind of feel. I gre up camping so it was fine for me. I don't know that I would have minded the outhouse so much except my husband and I got food poisoning on our trip so it was a but of a hassle trying to frequently get out there in the middle of the night But that isn't the property owners fault, that was just our experience. The people are wonderfully kind and inviting! And the town is cute and beautiful.”

“Absolutely beautiful piece of property right on the river. The endless lawn is immaculately upkept, and that comes straight from my ex-landscaper husband. Brock was extremely accommodating and made our stay everything we needed! We hope to come back some day.”

“Such a cute house with all the amenities needed for our family trip! Loved that there was a Keurig with coffee pods and creamer so that I didn’t have to make a grocery run!”

“Cozy little place for sure. We needed place close to City of Rocks.had everything we needed. Couple of suggestions for the host and guests. A little trash can for the portopotty. One of the bed is on the loft..ladder to get to it is tricky to get down. Unlees you're 6ft tall and strong enough to left over head, let the host know you be using. Otherwise you'd have message the host. Response was quick for us but things come up sometimes. Overall, happy and will stay again. ”
