“Room was fantastic. Only critisism was there we ran out of toilet paper and the shower gel was extremely low.”

“Spa tub was lovely, veranda equally lovely. The room was clean and well appointed, front desk staff were not available when we arrived but communicated how to access our room - which was great. Dining options are sparse and you must drive if you want to have a proper dinner. No dining after 5pm at the clubhouse - which was kind of a bummer. Relaxing atmosphere for the room though - secluded and private. Incredibly peaceful. ”

“We were in the Leckhampton Suite and could see our motorbike parked at the back right outside our bedroom. Property is GORGEOUS. I could have cried with relief after travelling for several weeks abroad to come home and be coddled. Milk, croissant and juice in the fridge, enough tea and coffee to drown yourself in. A loaf of bread, cereals, fruit. An extremely comfy bed. Fluffy towels, and decent shower, toiletries. We didn't cook but the cupboards are full of pots, pans & crockery. The place was……

“Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect.”

“Great loaction, good ammenities. Not as clean as it should be and you could see layers of dust on top of the cupboards. Bed was on the soft side but comfortable. ”
