"A proper hotel, well maintained and clean. The staff were professional but friendly. They were approachable, knowledgeable, always willing to help, and did things properly without taking themselves too seriously. The room was a good size, comfortable, and tastefully decorated"

"The staff all employed locally. Very friendly, attentive, knowledgable, good humoured and all ready to go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with apparently no limit on what you could eat. Yoghurt with fruit and honey, cereals, full English, vegetarian ..."
