“### Review for Pat and Jack on VRBO Our stay at Pat and Jack's place was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-equipped the unit was. It had everything we needed—chairs, umbrellas, a fully stocked kitchen, utensils, sunscreen, bug spray, and even towels. The beach is just steps away, making it super convenient for daily visits. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and manatees right from the shore, plus we had a great time hunting for shark teeth……

“This place was amazing! Us and a few other families rented out the entire property for the weeknd. Our house was modern and set up so perfectly. They have everything you might possibly need covered inside and out. More than enough dishes, cooking utensils, and storage containers. The bedrooms are set up nicely and the bathrooms have ample towels and are beautifully done. They have multiple beach wagons, chairs, and umbrellas for you to use during your stay and the beach is a 3-5 minute walk from……

“This property did not disappoint. The unit we stayed in was so clean with high end furnishings, and everything we needed. The view of the bay , right outside our window, was astonishing. Saw a few other occupants and all were friendly. Very quiet and everyone followed the rules. My only suggestion for improvement would be to repair the dock and refurbish the beach with sand. I hope to return someday. ”
