“As many of the other reviews have stated, this is a nice place on the river. It is comfortable and decorated nicely with direct access to the river and a balcony to sit on. The kitchen is fully stocked if you wish to cook. While the listing says this waterfront house is "freshly renovated", to me it appears that two of the most important rooms in the house, the ensuite bathroom and the guest bathroom were not. “Perfect place for a relaxing getaway! We paddle boarded on the Suwannee river and swam in it! Loved Hart Springs, too. Walked up and down the dirt road with our dog. Made arts and crafts on the front porch. Cooked meals together. Ate together. Laughed. Relaxed! Some recommendations- We brought our own water filter as the water there smells like sulfur! Highly recommend you do, too! The grill did not seem to work- the temperature gauge is out. So we grilled over the fire we made in the barrel.……

“From check in to check out, everything was wonderful. We were greeted by Clara and John as we drove up and they presented us with a little gift basket! The house was perfect for us! There were two adults and one 12 year old, so we each had our own bedroom and there were two bathrooms! We cooked most meals there so we really enjoyed the big kitchen. “Great week. The floors were dusty could have been mopped before we came that is the only reason I gave cleanliness a 4. I would definitely come back. It was very easy to speak to the host and they responded very quickly. Everything was as listed and in the pics. We had an amazing time. ”

“Before we had checked in Cherri had emailed us with instructions and told us to call with any questions . The house was very clean. Loved the beach theme. The kids loved the bunk beds. The owner was very kind and left lots of snacks.This was a plus as the closest Walmart was about 30 min. Also wine was provided which I would have indulged in if the kids were not around. The waterfront is not big but the kids were able to kayak for the first time and also was able to catch their first fish.……
