“The barn was so cute, rustic, with everything we needed. Quiet. I'll be back in the summer to go to the Springs! Before I got the Wifi password, I had limited signal and had to contact owner. He was very responsive. Then I had an operator issue (my fault) on the door lock. He responded in seconds. BTW, this is not Handicap accessible. There are several stairs for the bedrooms. ”

“Such a fantastic place for peace and quiet. Location is well maintained and spacious outside, cozy and comfortable inside. Local springs in the area should be added to your things to do list. Crystal River is just shy of an hour away, an easy drive and worth the trip during manatee season. Would recommend this cottage as an excellent "home base"!”

The house is spacious with a well stocked kitchen, views of the river even through the kitchen windows, huge fireplace, cozy chairs on the river dock, warm central heat and an easy check in process. The only thing that would have made this place better is if there was a fenced in yard , otherwise it was perfect. I highly recommend this place! ”

“We chose this spot for a Family Christmas celebration based on it’s distance from multiple households (coming from FL & GA). It was perfect for large families to spend quality time together, but also so much space that it provided lots of privacy too. All of the rooms were of generous size- especially the upstairs master!
