We loved it here!

We had a great stay in this cozy home in Manchester. The house was nicely decorated, clean, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The home was conveniently located to Bromley and Stratton and a short drive to the many great restaurants and shops in Manchester. Bob was a pleasure to deal with and was very welcoming upon our arrival. We hope to be back!

Wintery VT get away

The purpose of our stay was to celebrate a few birthdays. We were able to do that and lots more. The condo is located close to Manchester (walking distance), but yet you are tucked away in this small complex that is quiet, well cared for and has views of the mountains. The property is immaculate and cozy. We had the fire going all weekend and were surrounded by a winter wonderland. The host was easy to reach and had all aspects of the stay well managed. I would recommend this booking to family and friends and will be back some day soon. Ginny

Fall Family Fun

The property was just perfect for us. Loved the location, easy walk to town and some restaurants. The house was immaculate and the space was perfect for our family. Perfect Trip

We stayed at Robert and Carols home from March 2nd to March 5th. Robert was in touch with us the day of and met us at the property to walk us through everything. Robert was warm and inviting even though we were running late getting there and he had been waiting for us for a while. Everything was clean, well appointed and when you walked in had a warm cozy feeling. We are a shoes off family and Robert had his shoes off. I never want to walk around in my socks in most short term rentals because they just don't warrant it, but the place was clean and inviting and I had no reservations just walking around in my socks. The distance from Stratton and Bromely Mountains was about 25 minutes to Stratton and 12 minutes to Bromely, we skied Stratton on Friday and Bromley on Saturday. Fully stocked fireplace as others stated was a nice touch along with a fully stocked kitchen. So glad we found this gem. The town around the home is also really nice. If you rent here please take good care of this home. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into the renovations. They made this home perfect for family getaways. We are really looking forward to coming back. Thank you Robert and Carol for a perfect trip.

Our family loved this home. Great location to ski and go to town. The home was spotless, well appointed, and bigger than we thought. Bob was great to work with and showed us around when we got here. Great outside area for kids to play in the snow. Staying here was an absolute pleasure. We will be back.

Classic Vermont

Had a great stay with the family for a ski vacation in Vermont. The place is in great shape, clean, and extremely comfortable with well-stocked and easy to use kitchen. Great location close to downtown Manchester. The hosts are extremely welcoming and easy to communicate with. And the fireplace is a nice bonus. Would stay there again for sure!

Great Family House

Spent a long weekend in Manchester and the house could not have been more perfect. Fully stocked and beautiful kitchen, the house was super cozy for a bitterly cold weekend. Bromley was a quick 10 minute drive and is really easy to get to from town. Lots of fantastic restaurants within a short drive. We have three small kids and the house was larger than expected for them to play in, with the downstairs living room a major plus. Our kids enjoyed sledding on the hill behind the house as well. Bob was also very responsive which was reassuring. If you’re considering this house just book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect winter spot

We had a great stay here! Everything we needed, super clean and comfortable, perfect location (we spent days skiing in Stratton and enjoyed evening meals in Manchester). The house is charming and secluded but not in the middle of nowhere. Bob greeted us in person and gave us a tour of the space which was very nice, and he was very accommodating. Overall it was a fabulous experience!

Great Stay in Manchester

The house exceeded our high expectations and our family had a great week in Manchester. Easy walking distance to everything in town (for the non-skiers) and close to Stratton and Bromley (for the skiers). Very well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed. Worked from home one day with excellent internet service. Host was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Terrific Townhouse…Perfect Location!

This property was the perfect rental for my family (wife and I plus 3 kids). For starters, the house has a great layout with 3 very comfortable bedrooms. The lower level extra family room with bedroom and full bath was a great spot for the teenage boy. The kitchen had everything we needed and Robert had the fireplace all set up so all I needed to light the wood (nice touch!). The place was clearly just remodeled and was quite impressive. Bathrooms, kitchen, floors etc were all beautiful. And the beds were all very comfortable! Everyone woke up saying they had a great night sleep. The backyard was a perfect spot for my younger daughter to do some sledding. This made her weekend!! If you are looking for a comfortable rental that’s right in Manchester this is your spot. And having the easy ride to Stratton is a huge perk. Also need to say that Robert is one of the nicest Unit owners I’ve come across (and I rent a lot of places on VRBO and other sites). He was incredibly helpful at check-in, walked me thru everything I needed to know and was just a pleasure to meet. I am definitely going to be returning. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had renting on VRBO.

Ski weekend

Our family of 5 adults traveled from 4 different locations for a weekend of skiing and time to reconnect. The location in Manchester was convenient to get to, and close to town and a ski shop as well as mountains. The house is beautiful! Plenty of room. Bob was responsive to all our inquiries and gave us a great tour of the house.

Excellent Stay

Our second visit here. We love this place. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. The location is amazing. Close to restaurants, shops and mountains. It’s immaculately clean. We love that our two kids could be in the basement and my husband I upstairs. The beds are comfortable and the showers have great pressure. The fireplace is a warming touch and the kitchen has a everything you need to make a great meal. Easy parking. We look forward to staying here again!

The place was super clean. Excellent location to the town of Manchester and mountains. Robert the owner couldn’t be nicer and was very accommodating. The showers, mattress and kitchen are super. Perfect Ski House

My family of 5 adults stayed in the Turner’s property for the weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house was conveniently situated near town and the outlet shops for those not skiing and just 10 minutes from Bromley Mountain for those who were. The house was clean, comfortable and roomy for the 5 of us and well stocked with everything we could possibly need - extra towels, blankets, firewood, coffee, top quality pots and pans. Bob was friendly and responsive to all of our messages on the VRBO site as well as his cell phone. I would highly recommend this property. We will be back again soon!

Beautiful home close to town!

My husband and I just came back from this lovely home. The Turners were easy to communicate with and the process of renting went smoothly. The condo has been completely renovated. The style is quaint, country and certainly Vermont. They have stocked the kitchen with everything you’ll need to make home made meals, the bedding is new and cozy and the linens are plenty. You also have access to a washer/dryer. The home is a five minute walk to the center of Manchester and a ten minute drive to Bromley Mountain. If you have a family with teens or little ones, this is an ideal location and set-up.
