The shower bathtub is somewhat clogged and there is no shower head, making it inconvenient for children to use. The toilet board was not the right size and the toilet had some cracks and it seemed that it had not been cleaned properly.

Overpriced. No shower wash and shampoo provided. We stayed for a few days. It's a triple room and we have 3 people. Kept on providing 2 sets of towel although we had asked the front desk to give us one more set in day one. Only one of the front desk staff was polite. The ice making machine in the corridor was not working. Called the front desk staff, she just asked us to get some ice from the bar, without any simple apology about the inconvenience caused. Had dinner in the Grill restaurant. It's also overpriced. The main dishes were mediocre. No spoon for the soup until we asked for it. They gave us the same type of cutlery for the starters and the main dishes. I don't think it is proper for a restaurant in a hotel. Some good points: Handrails in the bathtub area. Spacious room. The shuttle bus driver was very nice. Close to the train station (also tram, bus, coach).

Having the need to check in at 2am we found the staff very helpful and friendly, good breakfast selection, parking a little restricted, seemed to be lots of SUV type cars and narrow spaces. Good experience under difficult circumstances. Thank you

First, I would like to say that the hotel and the room were clean and the breakfast was worth the money. The staff ad the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful…but this is where I stop complimenting them. We had a hard time dropping our luggage. The hotel does not have an area for luggage drop off. We had to park in an authorized in area in order to drop all our luggage (we had lots of bags). They told my husband he had to remove the car (again we were just dropping our luggage). Then you have to pay for parking and there was no parking close available to drop off our luggage. We were returning our rental and did not need to pay for parking but the staff told us we could not drop off in front of the door. Then the elevators and room were very hot. We had to close the window and turn the air on. If that would be enough that would be great but the AC kept turning itself off. By the time we discovered this pattern it was after midnight and we were not going to wake up our kids to have someone take a look at our AC unit. I had to get up ever couple of hours to turn the unit one. As I was going to check out I was going to mentioned this to the desk staff but they just told me to check out at the kiosk so I did but not a very happy customer. They need to provide a better way for luggage drop off AND turn off whatever makes the AC units go off when guest are in the room!
