Many items in the room are not working properly, message light on the phone kept flashing in the whole night, shower tap was broken, WiFi signal suddenly stopped, a/c not cold enough. Staff level is not sufficient , I waited for few minutes to let receptionist to answer my call and waited 20 minutes to receive my bath robe after I order it. But staff seek actively to offer service recovery, one of the receptionist recorded my issues encountered and voluntarily offered me a drink but I rejected as I was in rush. I deeply appreciate their actions.

Worth n excellent hotel
It is clean and the best facilities one I can say in this budget range, compare with all the hotel I have been to. Nice swimming pool and sauna, steam room and gym. All Room are the same size, but fair enough with good facilities. If you enjoy the spa enjoy would you stay inside the room?

Staff were helpful. Parking is reduced if you park at CitiPark and request a validating ticket from the reception. Yes there’s building work going on, but we didn’t hear any noise on our Friday night stay. The pool facilities are good. And the newly refurbished rooms are nice. Breakfast was also really good.

There was building work on going in the reception area when we arrived. There was building noises and drilling we could hear while in our room during the day and strong smell of chemicals in the building. The room definitely needed to be up dated, but was clean. The spa was so busy there was no chairs or beds available. To say it is suppose to be a 4 star hotel it definitely was not, especially for the price! However, I would say the staff were amazing and lovely throughout our stay. It was the facilities which were the main disappointment.

Overall stay was fine. Issue with one room that we had to make them aware of. Fixed the issue ourselves as no one came up to assist. Parking was VERY misleading and is set up incorrectly. Cost us double what we had budgeted because it was not updated on either website or Expedia website. Hotel were also unwilling to help or resolve the issue despite admitting it was incorrect.

The spa area and pool were nice and clean just wished they had a Jacuzzi. There was extensive work being done to the building which was noisy. We were told they didn’t start work until after 10am, which wasn’t the case they started drilling just after 9am and I thought at one point they were going to come through the ceiling. It would have been nice to of been told about the work being done at the time of booking, not when we got there. It wasn’t a very relaxing stay! The rooms were tired looking and not that clean. After checking into the room I like to have a cup of tea and relax, there was only one tea bag so we had to share and the noise was unbearable.

Reasonable room, unfortunately they are doing building works which we were not made aware of before arriving so had to listen to what sounded like drilling right through our room wall for an hour. The staff were absolutely amazing they could not have done more :) unfortunately with the renovations we should not have had 2 pay the amount we did,we had 2 leave the hotel for dinner as the menu was so limited and hardly any beer options at a very high price. Also i would reconsider yere pool times for kids. I could not fault breakfast at all it was top class,and when requested more towels there was no issue.great location and the pool was lovely :) If we come back 2 manchester i would stay again. It was a quiet room with a comfortable mattress. Friendly, helpful staff. However, I had to bring to the attention of reception some few tiles, by the side of the shower, that could pose a slippery risk hazard as they were loose, and the grout around them had gone. The toilet bin was covered in rust. I could mention a few other things but I feel those were the main inconveniences. I hope this will be sorted for the next customer. I'm not sure about having another stay in the future.

I recently stayed at Park Inn by Manchester and had a disappointing experience. After traveling, I informed staff that I needed a peaceful night to rest, but the next morning I was abruptly disturbed by loud maintenance work without prior notice. This completely disrupted my rest and even gave me a headache. Clear communication about such activities is essential, and this lack of in-person notice severely affected my stay. I expected a higher level of service from the hotel. Very disappointing.
