“This stay looks just like the photos. I was impressed. They even had basic food items like spices and condiments. Any and all kind of kitchen utensils right there for you to use. The home looks smaller on the outside but it is so spacious inside. It was very very quiet. Lots of huge cranes and geese and birds. Everything was very clean,smelled good and comfortable. For the first time I didn’t wake up with back pain. I brought my four children ages 17, 15, 14, and 10 and they loved every minute……

“They stole my money, and they are intentionally impossible to contact. I made a reservation online and a few days later I decided to cancel it. I called their support line, and their support agent verbally confirmed that the whole reservation was cancelled. But I never got a confirmation email about the cancellation, only one $10 refund out of 4 rooms I reserved. Because I had only paid a small reservation fee per room and was going to pay the rest in person when we got their, I assumed this……
