“From the moment we walked in the lobby which was later in the evening. We were assisted by a beautiful welcoming woman. She checked us in within seconds. Although the rooms were a bit smaller than we expected, clean and cozy. We had our party of seven which we had two rooms and no complaints. “Stayed on night for a concert at Beak & Skiff. The room was spotless and bigger than anticipated. Beak & Skiff is just a short 5 miles away. Property has a bar and restaurant, we only had a drink so I cannot comment on the food, but service was great and the owners were very helpful. Would stay again if ever in the area.”

“Zack was an awesome host, great communication. Super convenient location. Buried in all of the reviews, which I admittedly did not read was that the location is above a bar/restaurant that plays music. We attended a live music venue next door, so it was not an issue with us at all. Thanks Zack!”

“This was a very nice property for the price point. Our room was spacious with a kitchenette. We were moving our daughter and staff helped us find parking four u-haul. Hannah offered wonderful service and recommendations on multiple occasions. I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff! The only drawback we encountered was on Friday and Saturday night it was loud due to illegal street racing. The police tried to monitor but once they left - drivers were back at it until early……

“Aloft never disappoints. We’ve stayed at quite a few of them. They re always clean, easy to get to and we’re always met with friendly staff. The Aloft Syracuse Inner Harbor was our last stop on a week’s vacation. We chose the inner harbor location so we could walk easily to get something to eat - which was the case. A brewery was a short 3-6 min walk. Our room was great - as usual. A super comfortable bed with excellent pillows. The shower was great as well. Alofts are so nice to stay at. If……
