4-room apartment of 100 sqm on the 4th and last floor with air-conditioning : living/dining room of 45 sqm with TV (TNT),WIFI, Home Cinema. Open kitchen Master bedroom with 1 double bed (160), Shower/WC, washing machine. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (2x90). Shower/WC. Terrace of 36 sqm West/South exposed with outdoor garden, sun loungers and beautiful sea view, private parking.

6 km from Cannes, luxury domain in the hills of Mandelieu. In common (residence) : Heated pool with submerged beach (15m x 4m - depth 80-140cm) Sauna, Jacuzzi. In common (domain) : a 27-hectare park, large swimming pool with steps (23m x 10m - depth 80-200cm), paddling for children, 2 tennis courts. Shops, restaurants, bus stop, supermarket 2 km. Sandy beach, golf 4 km.

Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.
