“The management for the apartment is not good. To do check-in, you need to find the proper people to give you the key. This proper people can't be reached by either the email or phone number they provided. It took me 4 hours just to get check-in.”

“Beautiful area and apartment but only issue was the washer/dryer combo had no instructions and spent too much time trying to figure it out. The fan heater/ac was used to finally dry the clothes. Bus stops near the apartment so great location ”

Check-in is automated via a lockbox and the apartment is furnished with everything except a washing machine or clothes iron. The reason for my mediocre rating, though, is the lack of service. Check-in instructions were sent to me via whatsup, which I don't use, so I had to call the number in my email confirmation because there was no one on-site. ……
