“Perfect location for visiting all D-Day sites. Property sits in the middle of all the museums. Easy walk to local restaurants and Bakery. Frank went out of his way to make the stay enjoyable. The views are spectacular from the house. Woke up every morning to the ocean view and the fisherman coming in and out. Very comfortable. ”

“Lovely property! The bakery is unique lodging and was in an excellent location to explore Normandy. The walk into Bayeux was a bit long but lovely along a river. We visited the DDay sites as well as Mont St Michel by car. The owner lives in a large house on the property and was very welcoming and informative, though with no one present on arrival it was easy to follow directions to access the property. This is absolutely a great location to stay if you are travelling in Normandy by car. ”

“Property was lovely and clean, directions to property was not very clear, we found the road ok but no clear directions/signposting to the property, we drove around for half an hour, sought directions from the local campsite and very kind local man guided us there on his bicycle. Property was nice clean but to our tastes the decor was a bit dated . ”

“Merci infiniment à Mme de Montgolfier pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Nous avons passé de superbes moments dans sa maison normande très bien équipée et très grande. Nous avons pu y loger à 18 adultes et 4 enfants dont 2 enfants de 10 ans, 1 enfant de 4 ans et 1 bébé. Tout le monde y a trouvé son compte et on ne s’est pas marchés dessus. Bref, un très beau week-end proche de la mer. ”

“Prettig en ontspannen week kunnen hebben, in deze complete locatie. Goede ontvangst van een vriendelijke gastvrouw. Net geen vijf sterren ,omdat wij enkele puntjes op de "i" misten. Buiten plaats voorzien van nodige meubilair, helaas vooorzien van groene aanslag. Ook de bestrating van de tuin zou een keer gereinigd kunnen worden. Binnen is al het nodige aanwezig, toch de ragebol zou er een keer iets strakker doorheen mogen. Dikke pluspunten, privé parkeren en alles aanwezig. Al met al een dikke……
